Admin subscription page ## Upgrading or downgrading Select a different tier and submit a request. Both upgrades and downgrades are reviewed by Angie before taking effect — you'll get an email once it's approved or rejected, and your current plan keeps working while the request is pending. See [Choosing a plan](/getting-started/choosing-a-plan) for what the tiers include. ## Usage alerts If your member count crosses 80%, 90%, or 100% of your plan's limit, a warning appears here and your admins get an email. Past 100%, new member approvals are blocked until you upgrade or reduce your member count.
