# FAQ

> Common questions about using Angie

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="How do I find my association's site?">
    Every association has its own subdomain, like `yourassociation.angie-web.test`. If you don't remember it, use the **Log in** page on the main Angie marketing site — it can look up your association by name.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I forgot my password. What do I do?">
    Use **Forgot password?** on your association's login page. You'll get a reset link by email. If you don't receive it, check with your association's admin that the email address on file is correct.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Why can't I approve a new member?">
    Your association may have reached its plan's member limit. Admins see a warning on the dashboard and [Subscription](/admin-guide/subscription) page as the limit approaches, and approvals are blocked once you're over it until you upgrade.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I change our association's plan later?">
    Yes. From the admin console's [Subscription](/admin-guide/subscription) page, request an upgrade or downgrade. Angie reviews the request before it takes effect.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What's the difference between a group and a committee?">
    Groups are usually structural — chapters, class sets — while committees are working groups with specific roles, like planning or finance. See [Groups](/admin-guide/groups) and [Committees](/admin-guide/committees).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I lose access to my wallet balance?">
    Your wallet balance belongs to your account. Withdraw it to a saved bank account at any time from [Wallet](/member-guide/wallet).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Who can see my personal information?">
    Your association's admins can always see your full profile. Other members only see what you've chosen to share, set from [Profile & privacy](/member-guide/profile).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I think someone else accessed my account. What should I do?">
    Change your password immediately from [Settings](/member-guide/settings) or [Security settings](/admin-guide/settings/security), and turn on two-factor authentication if you haven't already. Contact your association's admin if you need further help.
