# Dashboard

> Your home screen in the member portal

The dashboard is what you see right after logging in. It gives you a quick read on your account: outstanding dues, upcoming events, recent announcements, and your membership status at a glance.

## What's on it

* **Membership status** — your current standing (active, pending renewal, etc.) and expiry date, if your membership type has one.
* **Outstanding dues** — a shortcut straight to [Dues & payments](/member-guide/dues-and-payments) if you owe anything.
* **Upcoming events** — the next events you can register for, linking to [Events](/member-guide/events).
* **Recent announcements** — the latest posts from your association, linking to [Announcements](/member-guide/announcements).

  Everything on the dashboard links somewhere — treat it as a shortcut list, not a separate feature.
