Committees are a separate structure from groups — meant for working committees (planning, finance, welfare) rather than chapters or class sets. Admin committees page Create a committee, then add members to it with a specific role on that committee. A member already on a committee won’t show up again in the “add member” picker, so you can’t double-add the same person by mistake.
